Holistic Health treatment is a partnership built on mutual trust and respect and I look forward to working with you.
Post Consultation
I will email/provide you a prescription and instructions for taking the remedy.
Acute Consultation
Within 48 Hours
• Additional email support is available if there is symptom change and further support is required.
• It is best to contact me by email deirdre@boyneclinic.ie
• I will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
• If I am unavailable, as notified by return of email you can contact the Homeopathy247 website again and the on call practitioner will assist you free for with a consultation for up to 10 minutes.
After 48 hours
• Book in for another acute consultation via my website www.boyneclinic.ie
• Book in for a 2 week follow on care package which allows for up to 60 minutes of additional support via zoom or email. Please email me to arrange.
Full Consultation
Within 48 Hours

• One free 15 minute check in is included as part of the full consultation process if required, you can book on my website or simply email me your query.

Course
• Any course facilitated by Boyne Clinic is also governed by these terms and conditions
Payment
• Payment is to be made prior to or immediately after the consultation and in any event before the prescription is emailed / provided.
• You understand that you will be charged for any appointment that is missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 1 business days’ notice where charges apply.
My commitment to you:
• I will act with integrity, openness, honesty and professionalism.
• You consent to me holding records and personal information/disclosures that include any information you send & disclosures you make during appointments.
• Your personal records you provide to me within the consultation are confidential unless you have given me permission to speak to others and/or
• There is a requirement under legislation such as Child First or other relevant legislation for the safety of the individual or others to disclose. My service is based in Ireland and I agree to abide by the relevant legislation of that jurisdiction.
• Clients based in United States and Canada please be aware that Limit of Liability in respect of any claim made in the United States of America or Canada and any territory under their jurisdiction is inclusive of costs and expenses.

Here at Boyne Clinic we take your privacy seriously and will only use personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.
From time to time we may like to contact you with appointment reminders, occasional news emails or invitations to events.
We want to communicate with our clients in a way which has their consent as per the GDPR Regulations.
We will use the data as filled out in your booking form
By ticking the box you are confirming that you are consenting to Boyne Clinic holding and processing your data.
Our main form of communication is via email, however from time to time we may contact you by text message and very occasionally phone.
We never disclose your data to third parties other than data which you may have already shared with Homeopathy 247

• You understand that certain topics may be anonymously shared with other professionals for training or consultation purposes.
• I will always be open to your feedback about how I can improve my service. I am here to help you.
• You will not be encouraged to terminate any previous therapies, doctors or health professional’s treatment/medications.
• If your consultations are over the internet please be aware that no internet protocol can guarantee complete confidentially.
• Please be aware that the consultation is not intended as an alternative to a medical examination but rather as a complementary aid to health and wellbeing. We do not diagnose or cure any illness. It is important that any symptoms of concern be checked by a medical practitioner.
Your commitment to me:
• Please provide 24 hours’ notice by email/text if you cannot attend your appointment.
• Please be on time for your appointment so you get the most out of the session and be “Present”.
• You intend this consent form to cover the entire course of treatment for your chief health concerns.
• You confirm that you have made this appointment in good faith and that you have the ability to accept or reject this care of your own free will and choice and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.
• You acknowledge that you are not representing an agency (private, governmental or otherwise) attempting to gather information without so stating [ie. you are not a reporter posing as a patient.]
• You will ensure that any photos or videos you send will not show nudity of private parts of the body of adults or children.
